Terms &
conditions.

About these terms

This website, chorsamorsa.com, is run by Chorsa Morsa, Opposite Bajaj Re Motors, Road No. 5, RIICO Industrial Area, Gangashahar, Bikaner, Rajasthan 334001 (FSSAI licence 12214017000716). "We", "us" and "our" mean Chorsa Morsa. "You" means anyone who uses the site or orders from us.

Please also read our privacy policy and disclaimer, which form part of these terms.

How ordering works

The website is a catalogue. It does not take orders or payments itself.

• You build a list of packs on the site, or write to us directly, and send it to us on WhatsApp at +91 94687 44474.
• Sending that message is a request to buy. It is not yet a confirmed order.
• We reply to confirm availability, the final price, delivery charges and the expected delivery time.
• The order is confirmed only when you accept those details and we acknowledge it. Until then, either of us can walk away.

We may decline an order, for example when a product is out of stock or we cannot deliver to your address.

Prices

Prices on the site are in Indian rupees. They are a guide and can change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one we confirm on WhatsApp. Delivery charges are quoted separately when we confirm.

If a price on the site is obviously wrong, we will tell you before confirming the order and you can choose whether to go ahead.

Payment

We agree the payment method and timing with you when we confirm your order, for example UPI or bank transfer. Unless we agree otherwise, orders are dispatched once payment is received.

We will only ever ask you to pay to the account details we give you directly on our number, +91 94687 44474. We will never ask for your card number, UPI PIN, OTP or passwords. If anyone does so in our name, do not pay and let us know.

Delivery

• Delivery times we give are estimates. Courier delays, weather, holidays and other things outside our control can make an order late.
• Please give a complete and correct address and a reachable phone number. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or nobody could receive it, we may charge the cost of sending it again.
• Please check the parcel when it arrives. If the outer box is visibly damaged, note it with the courier or take a photo before opening it.

Cancellations

You can cancel a confirmed order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp and, if you have already paid, we will refund you in full. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns, replacements and refunds

Because our products are food, we cannot take back packs that have been opened, or accept returns because you have changed your mind.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, short, past its best before date, or not what you ordered, tell us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, with your order details and photos of the packs and the outer box. Once we have checked it, we will either send a replacement or refund the value of the affected items.

• Refunds go back to the payment method you used, normally within 7 working days of our approving them.
• We may ask you to keep the affected packs until the issue is resolved.
• If you are not happy with the taste or quality of a sealed pack within its best before date, tell us anyway. We want to know, and we will look at each case fairly.

Products, storage and allergens

Every pack carries its ingredients, best before date and storage instructions on the label. Store packs in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, and eat them soon after opening. Our products contain gram flour and other pulses, and some contain peanuts, cashew, cereals or peanut oil. If you have a food allergy, read the label on the pack before eating. See the disclaimer for more.

Trade and partner orders

Orders from shops, distributors and other businesses may be on separate terms that we agree in writing, covering rates, minimum quantities, credit and delivery. Where those terms do not cover something, these terms apply.
